Strategic advisory creates value by bringing clarity to the decisions that matter — and the discipline to follow them through.
Over the course of my career — across global corporations, founder-led businesses, and elite sport — I’ve seen that outcomes are rarely driven by more analysis. They are driven by the clarity of the choices leadership teams can make, and their ability to make the right decisions under pressure.
I typically work with leadership teams when the stakes are high — whether that’s making critical strategic decisions, navigating growth cycles, or aligning teams and capabilities to execute flawlessly.
In practice, my approach is driven by three key principles:

Many organisations do not suffer from a lack of ideas — they suffer from a lack of strategic focus.
Leadership teams are often presented with too many competing priorities, initiatives, and opportunities. The most valuable role an advisor can play is helping clarify which strategic choices will genuinely move the organisation forward — and which will not.

Recommendations must be grounded in operational reality: the leadership capability available, the incentives that shape decision-making, and the systems that determine how work actually gets done.

His advisory career began in 2004, supporting PepsiCo through EU market expansion, where his recommendations delivered over €1M in annual value — setting the foundation for two decades of advising organisations at critical inflection points.
Since then, he has worked across global corporates, challenger brands, and investor-backed businesses — helping leadership teams navigate complex growth decisions across brand strategy, commercial transformation, and organisational capability.
