Due to the nature of interim work, I’m often available to start at short notice—typically within 1 to 2 weeks.

Flexible Engagement Length

Assignments can range from 3 to 24 months, depending on your business need. I’m comfortable stepping in to stabilise a short-term situation—or to support long-range transformation.

Day Rate Structure

I work on a day rate, typically aligned to the gross salary of an equivalent full-time role—excluding employer PRSI, pension, healthcare, and other employee-related costs. Standard rate VAT may apply.

Completion Bonus (optional)

A performance-related or fixed completion bonus can be agreed upfront for longer or more outcome-focused engagements.

Paid as a Supplier, Not a Temporary Employee (IR35 exempt)

This gives you senior-level capability without the overhead of a permanent senior hire or risks of under-qualified internal cover.
